Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In its original condition

  • Free of stains, odors, or damage

  • Returned with original packaging and tags attached

Items that do not meet these conditions may be denied.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Sale or discounted items

Exchanges
We offer exchanges for size or product availability. If you need a different size, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. To be eligible for an exchange, the original product must be received and inspected by Divine Visuals before an exchange can be processed.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to process, depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please get in touch with us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
